Shannon C. Bearden, AIA, RID, NCARB, Managing Director of Tryba's Fort Worth and Dallas studios, has been named to the 2023 class of 40 Under 40 award winners by Fort Worth Business Press.
"Shannon is a natural leader in business and in her community, and has fully embraced the opportunity to lead a rapidly growing team bringing nationally-recognized design to Fort Worth and North Texas," noted James McDonald, CFO, who nominated Shannon for the award. Prior to joining Tryba, Shannon served as Principal and Project Manager at Fort Worth-based Huckabee following a decade with Gensler's Dallas office, where she rose to attain a leadership role while still in her twenties. Shannon is active in the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth and a member of the Board of Directors of Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. In making the decision to lead Tryba's expansion into North Texas, Shannon was motivated by what she saw as a unique opportunity to impact the future of the region, specifically the city of Fort Worth.
