Tryba Architects celebrates promotion of new Senior Associates

We are pleased to announce the promotion of our new Senior Associates in Denver and Fort Worth. Each has accomplished a significant, high-quality body of work, while also demonstrating a commitment to learning, growth and leadership in the firm and in the community.

Leslie Hallquist, IIDA, NCIDQ
Senior Associate

Leslie joined Tryba’s Interiors team in 2015. She specializes in corporate/workplace interior design and has played a key role in nearly all of Tryba’s recent major workplace design projects including Google; Davis Graham & Stubbs; Aimco Headquarters; GoSpotCheck Headquarters; Colorado Center; and BCG offices in Austin, Detroit, Chicago and Denver. Her warm demeanor, thoughtful communication and innovative ideas make Leslie a favorite of our clients. “Leslie consistently puts the welfare of her teams above all else and has developed a 'sixth sense' of who we are, where we are going, as a firm and brand,” says Meghan Dougovito, IIDA, NCIDQ, Associate Principal and Interior Design Studio Lead. “She is an exceptionally quick learner, flexible, delivers excellence in very short order and inspires confidence in our team members and clients.”

Eric James, AIA
Senior Associate

Based in our Fort Worth office, Eric joined the firm earlier this year bringing significant technical knowledge and experience in highly detailed design coordination, historic preservation, and educational, civic and cultural projects. Eric’s passion for historic preservation has led to several exciting new opportunities as well as his appointment to Position 1 on the Fort Worth Historic & Cultural Landmark Commission. “Eric has played a major role serving and developing our client relationships,” said Shannon Bearden, Managing Director of Tryba’s DFW studio. “He is a great mentor and has proven dependable and reliable through all of his interactions with his team, consultants and clients. By consistently developing new ways to make us more efficient in our practice, he has become a key part of our ability to deliver quality work.”

We also congratulate our newly promoted Associates for their achievements and dedication to the practice and the firm.

These promotions recognize those who have demonstrated a commitment to high quality design, continued learning, an ability to manage projects and represent the firm internally and externally through engagement in community and industry organizations. Congratulations to Gillian Hevey, AIA; Cole Lorenz; Jacob Murphy, AIA; and Dina Otrok.
