Located at The District, a 36-acre mixed-use site at the Dry Creek Light Rail Station in Centennial, the new office complex features an iconic tower and will be supported by outdoor gathering and meeting space, ground floor retail and structured covered and open parking.
The design capitalizes on Rocky Mountain views and daylight. Terraced amenity decks provide access to nature and retail and lobby activation creates opportunity for social interaction and engagement. The result is a distinctive, iconic and healthy workplace environment profoundly connected to urban amenities and the Colorado landscape.
The District is a dynamic urban environment defined by high-quality, active pedestrian streets, diverse amenities, inviting open spaces and mountain views. Two additional office buildings are also in progress. The plan supports a full range of office spaces, from small-scale co-working to multiple-building corporate headquarters. Companies and employees will have access to amenities including local retailers, open space, a boutique hotel and residences.
